When does the countdown start?

The countdown begins when you submit your authentication case with the required photos and complete payment.

What happens if additional photos are needed?

If we request additional photos, the countdown stops while we wait for your submission. Once you submit the requested photos, a new countdown begins for the full applicable service time. The countdown restarts rather than continuing from the time remaining.

This applies each time additional photos are requested.

What if the available service times change?

Service times and token requirements may vary. If your original service option is no longer available when you submit additional photos, we will apply the service time available at that point with the same token cost as your original selection.

For example, if you originally selected a 3-hour service for 20 tokens and that option is no longer available when you submit additional photos, your case will use the service time then offered for 20 tokens. The new turnaround time may be shorter or longer than your original selection.

What happens if my case is overdue?

If we do not complete your authentication within the applicable turnaround time, we will refund the tokens charged for that case. We will still complete the authentication, at no charge.

LegitApp Authentication reserves all rights relating to the On-Time Promise, including the right to interpret, amend, suspend, or terminate this policy, subject to applicable law.
