As always, check the inside label for inconsistencies. This replica uses a thinner font, and there is more white space between the numbers compared to the real shoe.
The replica has a horizontal glue pattern on the back of its insole, when the real insole has vertical strips. The material used for the insole is also vastly different.
Another sign is guide marks on the insole, which are different on the replica's (much cleaner looking) insole. Perforation holes are also in a much more forward position on the replica insole.
